Accounts Receivable Accountant

* Verify accuracy of bills of lading, pricing and shipment dates * Create and distribute sales invoices to customers within 24 hours of shipment * Process customer credits on account * Present the company in a positive manner to customers * Follow up with customer on past due balances * Conduct credit checks on new customers * Escalate past due balances to management * Adhere to relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies related to accounts receivable management.
* Maintain organized files and records for all billing transactions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
