Cougar Paws Roofing Boots - $125 (Astoria)

I bought these 3 years ago, but never wore them.

They have spongy soles that grip the roofing.
You have to replace the soles every now and then which is easy.
They use industrial grade hook & loop (velcro) to attach.
Paid $199 for them.
