Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC)

*Persoanl vehicle may be required.
* Responsibilities: - Deliver mail and packages to rural areas using a manual transmission vehicle - Load and unload mail and packages from a courier vehicle - Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as needed - Follow established routes and schedules for efficient delivery - Provide excellent customer service to residents along the route - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups Experience: - Previous experience in route driving or delivery preferred - Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles - Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages Note: This position may require lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
