Nice little trailer for getting out of the rain Inside appliances have been taken offline so not a cookhouse but leak free and dry with a little de-lamination from previus owner not taking care.
Tires in great shape but have never towed, it came with a vacation property.
Roof sealed with multiple coats of SnoSeal Comfortable bed with addition cabover single and possible dining room seating bed conversion.
Cute unit if it works for you but it's time to replace with a new Tiny Home.
Could be project or instant place to store your mother in-law.
