*Position Overview: *As a Registered Nurse (RN) at B'zoe Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients within the facilities we partner with.
You will be responsible for monitoring patients as a floor nurse, administering medications, and providing leadership within your assigned wing.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Monitor patients' health status and vital signs, identifying any changes or concerns promptly.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, wound care, and therapeutic interventions.
* Conduct assessments and reassessments of patients' conditions, documenting findings accurately and timely.
* Serve as a resource and mentor to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff members, offering guidance and support as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative care environment.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid RN or LPN license in [state of employment].
* Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
