Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Techs needed for multiple properties on the Oregon Coast Multiple locations 1) Must be able to complete basic work orders/repairs in Apartments 2) Must be able to turn units in a timely manner 3) Pick up grounds on a daily basis.
4) Clean laundry rooms 5) Clean up Garbage/Dumpster areas.
6) Must have a valid driver's license and insured (to drive to pick up parts).
Excellent benefit package after 90 days.
