$500 / 1br - 144ft2 - LOOKING FOR GOOD ROOMATE (Hammond)

Hi there, I'm looking to rent 1 bedroom out of my 2 bedroom apartment, no lease or signing required.
Looking to get 500 which is less than half as well as a portion of the electricity.
Wifi is free as well as garbage and water.
Location has plenty of work to go around and I could use the extra roomie to help pay the rent (I'm not saving as much as I'd like) The apartment was built in the 70s so it's no shining beacon but it's a home and it's warm and dry.
Shared living space, more than welcome to feel at home.
I'm looking for a clean male or female, age doesn't matter and I'd prefer no pets.
Smoking is okay weed or cigs and no hard drugs.
