We have a small room on the main floor of the house with separate entrance near the room.
The house is a 1920's farmhouse style in Astoria but it feels like it is in the country.
The house isn’t far from downtown but has quick easy access to the Cathedral tree trail and other trails.
Access to hiking trails just down the gravel road or blaze your own trail straight from the yard.

A little about us.
We are mostly a quiet and peaceful household looking to minimize stress.
There are three of us here, A medical receptionist, A student working from home on a natural medicine degree and an 8 year old who loves reading, making art and spending time with friends.
We have 2 indoor/ outdoor cats but it is not likely the landlord will allow any other pets.
During the summer we spend a lot of time in the garden or on outdoor adventures.
We are a pretty health conscious and mostly plant based household.
We use natural and unscented products.
We don’t use harsh or scented chemicals in the home that includes laundry detergents, soaps, cleaning products, perfumes etc, or anything scented except essential oils as I have health issues that are triggered by these products.
We have the common sense rule if you use it you help clean it, for example the kitchen and bathroom etc.
Hoping to find a self possessed mostly quiet, low stress, good natured, active person who enjoys nature.
The room on the main floor is not large and would work best for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture or large items.
Room Dimensions approximately 12 x 8.
A good fit would be someone who doesn’t keep a really early or late schedule as this is an old house and lots of activity at times others are sleeping could create unneeded stress and tension for all in the household.
The room is for 1 person only (no couples)and includes utilities.
The room is $675 a month and has an entrance just outside the room.
First, last and a $300 refundable deposit required.
