The close view of the ocean is spectacular and we have full length windows on the entire west side of the house facing the ocean (living and dining rooms).
During high tide you can literally throw a rock from our back yard and hit the ocean and during low tide you can walk for miles on the beach.
This home is beautifully laid out and has an atrium in the center of the house, providing lots of natural light and an open feeling.
You can tell it is taken care of with a personal touch and is well stocked.
Beach access, with a nice maintained path, is only one house down from us too!
